Driving Assessments

We offer one on one driving assessments with an emailed report ideal for new employees and health and safety policy requirements. The assessment consists of an approximately 40-minute drive (ideally in your company vehicle) through as many traffic situations as possible. Any faults or training needs are recorded, then a report containing the details of the assessment and any recommendations for training will then be issued, along with a certificate recognising the staff member has been assessed.

This assessment system is approved and supported by NZTA Waka Kotahi.

Cost: $100* per person

Includes the assessment, written report and certificate. If further training is required, the cost will be $75.00 per 1 hour lesson.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & TERMS OF TRADE

Students must have their drivers licence on them and any supplied vehicles must be of WOF standard. These are requirements by law, students that fail to meet these requirements will still be charged the lesson fee, but the lesson will be cancelled.
All prices are GST inclusive, with no hidden extra costs.
We accept cash, bank deposit or eftpos.
If you wish to have your driving lesson outside the Whakatane urban area, please confirm our availability in advance of booking your lesson.
CANCELLATIONS: We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for you to avoid paying for the service.
